The Story:

A New World: Daryl Dixon washes ashore in France, far from his home in the US. The apocalypse apparently isn't global, and France has its own struggles with walkers and rebuilding society.

Facing the Past: Daryl grapples with how he ended up in France and what it means for his future. There might be flashbacks or hints about his journey across the Atlantic.

Mysterious People: He encounters a young boy and a religious community seeking a fresh start. However, not everyone in France is trustworthy. A potentially dangerous and autocratic group based in Paris seems to be a major threat.

A New Mission: As Daryl navigates this new world, he uncovers a mission that could have a significant impact, potentially on a larger scale than just France. The details of this mission are yet to be revealed.

Here are some additional details about The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, 2023:

Specifics on the New Threat:

The splintered autocratic movement centered in Paris might be called "The Cause" based on some online discussions. Their motives and methods of control remain unclear.

Daryl's Internal Struggles:

Beyond finding his way back to the US (if that's even his goal), Daryl likely wrestles with isolation and a sense of loss in this unfamiliar land.

A New Kind of Walker:

The series might introduce a new type of walker, possibly one affected by the unique environment of France.

Character Dynamics:

The relationship between Daryl and the young boy he encounters could be a highlight, offering a chance for emotional connection and protection.

The religious community might play a significant role, offering Daryl either refuge or potential conflict depending on their beliefs and agenda.

Possible Influences:

Some speculate the series might draw inspiration from European zombie lore, potentially adding a different flavor to the familiar walker threat.

Finding the Show:

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon aired on AMC and AMC+ in 2023. You might be able to stream it depending on your subscription service.

Fan Theories:

There's online speculation about how Daryl ended up in France. Did he drift across the Atlantic, or was there a more deliberate reason for his arrival?

Some fans theorize that Daryl's mission might connect to the CRM (Civic Republic Military) from other Walking Dead spin-offs, but this remains unconfirmed.

TRAILER

Premise:

The Location: Years after the walker outbreak, Maggie finds herself venturing into a decaying New York City, isolated from the mainland. This concrete jungle is overrun with walkers, but also holds new threats – human survivors who've built their own society amidst the ruins.

The Mission: Maggie's primary motivation is to find her kidnapped son, Hershel.

The Unlikely Duo: Maggie begrudgingly teams up with Negan, the man who brutally murdered her husband Glenn in the original series.

The Spark: The story ignites when Maggie's son, Hershel, is kidnapped from their community, the Bricks (formerly Hilltop). The culprit? The Croat, a ruthless former Savior who has carved out his own territory in post-apocalyptic Manhattan.

Facing the Past: Determined to save Hershel, Maggie seeks out Negan, the infamous leader of the Saviors responsible for much suffering, including Glenn's death. Negan is on the run from New Babylon, a faction with its own law and order, after supposedly killing five people.

A Forged Alliance: Despite her intense hatred for Negan, Maggie proposes a deal: a safe haven for Negan's young companion, Ginny, in exchange for his help navigating the treacherous Manhattan and finding Hershel. Negan, with his experience and knowledge of the brutal world, agrees.

Manhattan's Challenges: Their journey is fraught with danger. The city is teeming with walkers, some transformed in horrifying ways due to the environment. They also encounter human communities with their own rules and agendas, not all friendly. Maggie wrestles with her inner demons as she's forced to rely on Negan, the constant reminder of her tragic loss.

Unveiling Secrets: As they delve deeper into Manhattan, they uncover secrets about the Croat and his motives for kidnapping Hershel. This may involve past connections or a larger plan at play.

Confrontation and Sacrifice: The climax likely involves a confrontation with the Croat. Maggie and Negan may have to work together strategically to overcome the Croat's forces and save Hershel. This may involve some level of sacrifice, raising the stakes and testing their fragile alliance.

The Aftermath: The season finale will likely deal with the aftermath of the rescue mission. Will Maggie and Negan find a way to move forward, or will their bond shatter due to the ordeal? Did their experience in Manhattan change them? The fate of Hershel and the state of their newfound community, the Bricks, also hang in the balance.

Beyond Season 1: Hints suggest unresolved issues and lingering threats. Season 2 might explore the fallout from the events in Manhattan and how it impacts Maggie's leadership and the community. Negan's future and his potential redemption arc could also be further explored.

The story explores themes of survival, revenge, and the possibility of forgiveness in a world forever changed. They'll face both the dangers of the undead and the challenges of navigating a complex human society within the crumbling city.

FINAL SEASON

PREMISE

Ten years ago in "The Great Crumble", society collapsed due to a viral pandemic of a disease known as the Sick (or the H5G9 virus), wiping out most of the world's human population. At the same time, many babies start to be born as mute hybrids with animal body parts and other characteristics.

Unsure whether hybrids are the cause of the virus or a result of it, many humans fear and hunt them. Gus, a part-deer hybrid, lives in the wilderness with his father whom he calls "Pubba". Pubba dies when Gus is nine years old and Gus discovers a box his father buried beneath a tree that contains what Gus believes is a photograph of his mother, with the word "Colorado" written on it.

Gus accidentally starts a fire, which brings hunters who try to kill him, but he is saved by Tommy Jepperd, a lone traveller also drawn by the fire. Jepperd tries to leave Gus, but the boy insists that he escort him to Colorado to find his mother, and he relents.

The story also follows Dr. Aditya Singh as he tries to find a cure for the Sick, which his wife has lived with for years; and Bear, who is the leader and founder of the Animal Army which saves and protects hybrids. Bear is looking for her sister Wendy, a part-pig hybrid rescued by Aimee Eden, a former therapist whose sanctuary for hybrids is called "The Preserve".

El Conde, 2024

El Conde (lit. 'The Count') is a 2023 Chilean black comedy horror film directed by Pablo Larraín and written by Larraín and Guillermo Calderón. It is a satire that portrays Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet as a 250-year-old vampire seeking death. The film stars Jaime Vadell, Gloria Münchmeyer, Alfredo Castro, and Paula Luchsinger.

TRAILER

PLOT

In the 18th century, Claude Pinochet, a royalist French soldier, is discovered to be a vampire and survives an attempt to kill him. Witnessing the French Revolution and the execution of Marie Antoinette, he fakes his death and flees abroad, participating in the suppression of revolutionary upheavals over the next two centuries. Eventually, he ends up in Chile in 1935 and joins the Chilean Army under the name Augusto Pinochet. Rising to become a general, he overthrows the socialist government of Salvador Allende in 1973 and becomes the country's dictator, demanding that he be addressed as "The Count" by his family. When authorities begin investigating his ill-gotten wealth and human rights abuses after he leaves office, he fakes his death again and retires to a remote farm.

After 250 years of existence, he gradually loses his will to live, worrying his wife Lucía, and his long-time butler, Fyodor, a white Russian whom Pinochet bit and turned into a vampire. Fyodor takes up Augusto's military uniform and goes on a gruesome killing spree to find and consume human hearts in Santiago. Thinking that their father was responsible and anxious to receive their inheritance, the Pinochet children hire a nun, Carmen, to exorcise and kill Augusto under the guise of auditing the family's wealth, and go to the farm, followed by Carmen, who charms Augusto with her fluency in French. Augusto later discovers that Fyodor is having an affair with Lucía but tolerates it as he has grown tired of her. Carmen extensively interviews the household over their legal troubles and finances, assembling a dossier which she hides in her room.

Carmen eventually reveals her true identity as a nun to Augusto and tries to exorcise him, but is overwhelmed by his presence and ends up having sexual intercourse with him, allowing him to transform her into a vampire. This prompts the arrival of Margaret Thatcher, who is revealed to be Claude's mother, having abandoned him at an orphanage at birth after she was raped and bitten by a Strigoi.

Margaret, jealous of Carmen's claims to Augusto's love, orders her son to kill her. Instead, Augusto shows off his wealth to Carmen, whereupon Carmen reveals that she has been feigning her attraction to him, and that her becoming a vampire was part of her mission on behalf of the Roman Catholic Church to infiltrate the Pinochets and gather information on their corrupt dealings. As she flees, she is captured and guillotined by Fyodor, who burns her dossier. Fyodor, Lucía, and the Pinochet children then attempt to kill Augusto and Margaret to gain their inheritance, but Augusto kills Lucía by driving a stake through her heart and beheads Fyodor with a saw.

The children are left to salvage what they could of the farm. As they leave, a group of nuns arrives to look over the now emptied property. Augusto and Margaret rejuvenate themselves with vampire hearts and leave to start a new life. Augusto, now a boy, chooses to remain in Chile, saying more leftists will emerge.

Under Paris, 2024

In the movie, an army of mutated mako sharks essentially takes over the world. Lilith, the shark, has a personal connection to marine scientist Sophia. Sophia’s husband was killed by Lilith during an attempt to preserve sea life in the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. Lilith, showing signs of gargantuan growth, migrates to the freshwater Seine three years later, adapting to survive there due to climate change and pollution. She can now reproduce via parthenogenesis, leading to an exponential increase in giant, mutant makos.

TRAILER

PLOT

Sophia faces two obstacles: the Parisian government, which refuses to take the shark threat seriously, and the youth-driven activist group Save Our Seas Mika, from the activist group, broadcasts Lilith’s plight on social media, leading to her own death and the realization that Lilith has offspring. Sophia teams up with France’s most handsome police diver, Adil, to bomb Lilith’s nest. With the sharks breeding aggressively and adapting to unfavourable conditions, they threaten to take over the world’s oceans if not stopped.

Twelve people died previously in the beginning of the movie and later many people died in the triathlon marathon. For me it was a case of sacrifice. The Co-Pilot lied about the number of deaths, saying that was only 12 people that died.

How the Sharks Attack:

First they look you in the eyes, they take a walk around you and after that they attack. If you are hostile they respond after, destroying you. The girl Adi in the movie succeeded to touch in the face the Shark and the shark remained quiet, but Mika started to scream telling her that the Shark would attack her because she had babies, they all started to scream and the Shark attacked the girl. I cannot say if it was the reason, the screamings, but i believe that was not good to scream.  In the first group the 12 that died pierced the Shark with a spear and his reaction was immediate.

TRAILER

PLOT

After booking a boat trip to attend a rave on an island located off the coast of Seattle named "Isla del Morte" ("Island of Death"), two college students, Simon and Greg meet up with three girls: Alicia, Karma, and Greg's girlfriend Cynthia. The five arrive to the dock late and the boat that is supposed to take them to Isla del Morte has already left. Victor Kirk, a boat captain, and his first mate Salish agree to ferry them despite knowing the location when they are offered a huge sum of money to leave fast rather than be inspected.

Arriving at Isla del Morte, they find the rave site ransacked and deserted. Alicia, Karma and Simon leave the site to go find anybody around while Cynthia and Greg stay behind. As Greg and Cynthia are about to engage in sex in a tent, the former leaves to urinate. Alone in the tent, Cynthia is killed by a group of zombies. Meanwhile, Alicia, Karma and Simon find a derelict house and as they attempt to investigate the place, they discover Alicia's ex-boyfriend Rudy, Hugh, and rave dancer Liberty, who inform them of a zombie attack during the event.

The six leave the house to fetch Greg and Cynthia. Meanwhile, the zombies kill Salish when he is alone in the forest.

Alicia, Rudy, Karma, Simon, Liberty and Hugh return to the rave site where they find Greg. A zombified Cynthia comes out from behind a tree and kills Hugh but is killed when Casper, a Coast Guard officer who was tracking Kirk, arrives and shoots her. They form a plan to return to Kirk's boat and leave the island. When they return to the beach they find zombies on Kirk's boat. Casper and Greg leave the group to go find help, but Greg is killed in the forest.

Kirk reveals the island's history; Isla del Morte was home to Castillo Sermano, a Spanish Catholic priest that was banished from Spain in the 15th century for his dark experiments, which the Catholic Church forbade. Castillo murdered the crew of St. Cristobal, the ship that was taking him to the island, enslaved the island's natives, and murdered anyone who visited the place. He then created an immortality serum which he injected himself with, allowing him to live forever and return dead souls to life and support his cause. Kirk leads the group to a spot in the forest where he has hidden a box full of guns and weaponry. Once everyone is armed, they decide to head back to the house only to find the courtyard filled with zombies. Liberty and Casper are killed in the ensuing fight and Alicia, Rudy, Kirk, Karma and Simon manage to take shelter inside the house.

When Kirk is alone, he hears Salish whistling outside. He goes outside and sees Salish now zombified. Kirk sacrifices himself by killing Salish and a bunch of zombies with a stick of dynamite, but the explosion also blows up the entrance to the house. The remaining four lock themselves in a lab inside the house, but the zombies break in. Karma finds a hatch in the floor which she, Alicia and Rudy use to escape. Simon sacrifices himself to kill the zombies by shooting a barrel of gunpowder, blowing up the house and the zombies. Alicia, Rudy and Karma find themselves in tunnels. They make their way through the tunnels, but Karma is killed by zombies as she attempts to hold them off as Rudy and Alicia flee.

Alicia and Rudy are aided out of the tunnels by a mysterious man wearing Greg's face as a mask.

The man is revealed to be Castillo Sermano, who then orders a horde of zombies to restrain Alicia and Rudy in an attempt to kill them and use their flesh for his own purposes. Alicia and Rudy escape Castillo, blowing the tunnels up in the process. Castillo manages to survive the explosion and Alicia gets into a sword fight with him. Castillo impales her heart, and Rudy manages to decapitate him soon after. However, the still-alive headless body of Castillo begins to strangle Rudy.

Alicia, who is barely alive, gets up and crushes the head under her foot, which finally kills him. Although Alicia seemingly dies, she and Rudy are rescued by a team of agents. When the agents ask Rudy to identify himself, he reveals his last name is Curien. The ending narration reveals that Rudy gave Alicia the immortality serum, and they return to Seattle.

The movie is super interesting.
